this has been done for a while but stuff happened.
here it is anyway. enjoy.
to make subtitles bigger, change color etc- click cc and subtitle settings. there you can play around.

contains zip file with both video and subtitle file
you can run it with aegisub where you can press ctr A and press edit where you can mess around with the subtitle color yourself if it isnt visible enough for you.
or you can play it as it is in f.eks vlc media player
